Founder and CEO

Prior to her Virtual Assistant career, Rieni spent years working in advertising and PR field. She previously worked in a below the line specialist advertising agency, sales manager in media monitoring company and in charge as a senior PR in a 4 stars hotel in Jakarta.

She gave up her career and started working as a solo Virtual Assistant in 2006. Virtary was founded in 2010 following her success gaining clients and experiences. She's a client oriented virtual assistant, gadget freak, a tech savvy mom, mobile apps enthusiast, a very feminine female in her masculine way!

Meet - William Agung

Operational Manager

William is in charge of Virtary's branch in Yogyakarta city. He's responsible to direct all operational aspects and ensure that our satellite office can grow in accordance with our goals and objectives.

Additionally, William has a great talent in Internet research. William's strengths include being resourceful, detailed and structured. 

With over 7 years of experience working as a Virtual Assistant, William is an expert in doing difficult projects, especially market research. He's a quick learner, natural self-starter.

Finance and Accounting

Sarah is in charge for accounting, payroll, client billing and client happiness from our Yogyakarta office. It's her job to ensure that all clients are happy!

She looks after our book keeping and financial administrative for clients, making sure that everybody got their billing correctly in a timely manner.

In her free times, Sarah also supports clients in data entry and research projects, business correspondence and calendar management.
