A hi-tech mommy, mobile apps enthusiast, a very feminine female in her masculine way!

A polyglot, creative thinking person with various kinds of working experiences in reputable companies; Her career varies from advertising agency, Public Relations field and media monitoring & research company.

Currently Rieni is in the top 100 Sales & Marketing provider in Elance.com (rank #70 out of nearly 30,000 international providers), top 70 out of nearly 100,000 international providers in admin support category, top 5 of all categories Indonesian Elancers. The only Indonesian woman who can get to the level so far. She also managed to get some contracts in oDesk.com and made good reviews, although she’s actually not very active in there. With her debut in Elance, Rieni has also been selected to be Elance Country Representative for Indonesia on September 2011.

Rieni thinks joining outsourcing websites give more opportunities and networks, also challenges herself to become better and better every day. Although it’s not the main source for clients, but joining Elance and Odesk has became the most challenging experience for her.

Formerly known as a professional background and ball-room dancer during her 20′s, now she only dances for fun
